Tulsi and ginger have been shown to help balance Kapha dosha and eliminate phlegm. In guns and grinder, smash a palmful of Tulsi leaves thoroughly. Put this in a pot with two mugs of water and bring to a boil until the water has been reduced. Toss in two bits of ginger powder. Allow the mixture to cool completely before giving it to your kid three times a day.

4) Dalchini-Mulethi Kwath

Mulethi (licorice) and Dalchini (cinnamon) are both excellent cold remedies. Boil a half-inch mulethi in a cup of water till the water has been reduced by half. Don’t throw away the mulethi; you can need it again later. Mix two bits of dalchini powder to the half-cup mulethi extract and set aside to cool to room temperature. Feed this to your kid two times a day with a spoon.

5) Garlic-Ajwain Inhaler Potali

On a pan without oil, roast two to three garlic bulbs with one tsp of ajwain (carom seeds). Before roasting, gently press garlic bulbs with your hands to remove the liquid. Make a poultice with it by wrapping it in muslin fabric. Test the potali’s temperature on the rear of your hand and, if it’s tolerable, allow your child to inhale it.
